Created the infrastructure to support the growth of a NJ real estate brokerage with an emphasis on both REO, short sales and retail transactions. Her BPOs on in-house listings are within 5% of final sales price which has earned the firm and “A” rating with Fannie Mae, etc. Carla is also known for closing 5 days early which is unheard of in the REO business. In addition to participating in every MLS in NJ, Carla has a website connected to a back office system which processes offers electronically. Her listing efforts are the reason for repeat clients and agents pursuing her properties. Using “state of the art” technology to support the business she puts together a top-notch BPO team that provides 24 hour turnaround of drive-by BPOs and 48 hour turnaround of interior BPOs. Her correction rate is less than 10 % on 500 BPO’s per month. She has assembled experts in property preservation so that her vacant and processing to listing to sale is typically 15 days or less. This could include trash outs to handing over the keys at closing and everything in between. Carla provides same day occupancy check, negotiates cash for keys, and coordinates reporting of occupancy and commencement of lender’s eviction process for occupied properties. Another service she has started is residential rental property management which is growing significantly with clients contacting her for this service. She has a passion for continual exposure to new and different opportunities and for using the latest management techniques, tools, and technology. She is an innovative problem solver.
